Based on the songs Aquarius and Flesh Failures from the musical Hair a symbol of 60s revolution. Combing astrological alignments and spiritual mysticism the pitcher of Aquarius waters the human form blossoming into a lotus flower, awakening the true spiritual potential in a new era of enlightenment. The Beatles believed they came up with title Eleanor Rigby through random associations however the names in this song are on graves in the cemetery in their home town. This inspired me to draw the cemetery where all the Beatles songs could exist as graves stones and subconscious influences. Hand drawn 8 layer, split fountain silk screen on paper.
